29주간이나 머물면서

전세적으로 꾸준한 사랑을 받았습니다

이 노래는 

사랑하지만 헤어져야 했던 연인들의 

아픈 이야기를 담은 영화

영화 <카사블랑카>(1942년)를 보고 

만든 노래라고 합니다

허스키하면서 우수에 찬 음색이 

매력적인 곡으로 한국사람들의 취향에 맞는 곡으로

국내에서는 정말 대단한

인기를 얻었던 곡입니다

그래서 최헌 전영록이 번안하여 

발표했을 정도였으니까요
